• meal night.com is a limited company, registered in England and Wales, Company number, 14845416
• We only provide a way of communicating (placing orders to restaurant or takeaway) between you and kitchen owners.
• You must be 18 or + when you use our site.
• We use cookies and latest technology to provide better services.
• Each time you place an order, you will be automatically subscribed to your sms and marketing promotional schema.
• We do not share, distribute or expose your data to any third party.
• We do not store your payment information
• We pass your name, number and address to takeaway or restaurant owners when you place an order so that they can deliver your product to right person.
• All refund request must be made within 3 hours of the order being placed. Refund can be requested on respective takeaway as well.
• We can only process your refund after its being accepted by the respective takeaway or restaurant.
• meal night can only process your refund request if you made online payment.
• Once the meal is cooked, we can not give 100% refund.
• Your must agree with our customer service charge when placing an order.
• Your must provide allergy information in note for kitchen section when placing an order if you have any allergies.
